These services extend beyond traditional job search because we partner with our community agencies to provide the necessary means for individuals to obtain employment. The firm’s founder and President, Lois A. Bradley, oversees all aspects of the business. Ms. Bradley draws upon her 25 years of experience that includes management positions in corporate, health care, telecommunications and academic environments. Her roles have included Director of Human Resources for UPMC, Vice President of BillingZone, a joint PNC/Perot Systems start-up, and Director of Human Resources for the Pittsburgh based Carnegie Group. In 2004, Ms. Bradley was a recipient of Pennsylvania’s “Best 50 Women in Business” award. In 2005, she was recipient of the U.S. Small Business Administration runner-up award for Women in Business Champion. In 2007 Ms. Bradley was awarded the Arcadia Businesswoman of the Year by the Northern Allegheny Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Bradley has served on numerous boards of directors and currently sits on the Northern Allegheny Chamber of Commerce’s Education Committee. The firm is WBE Certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services. In addition, the firm has received DBE Certification by the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program, Allegheny County Department of Minority, Women & Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
