Lois is known as being a consultant, executive coach and business leader. She has built TBP into a national consulting firm providing human resource and organization consulting, executive coaching and customized leadership development programs. The company is located in Marshall Township. In 2004 Bradley was named one of PA Best 50 Women in Business. She is an active member of several professional organizations across our region as well as nationally. In addition to serving as a business leader in our community, Ms. Bradley tirelessly volunteers her time to provide job training, job search and individual coaching to many residents across our region.Bradley volunteers at St. Ferdinand Roman Catholic Church in Cranberry, where she supports the CCD office activities along with being a lector at various masses. She has volunteered her time to work with the Butler County CareerLink office along with many Professional Networking groups across the region to coach and provide seminars on Job Search and Marketing Your Career. Since founding The Bradley Partnerships in 2002, Bradley has spearheaded efforts to secure new clients in government, private, non-profit and profit organizations. The Bradley Partnerships provides management consulting services that support businesses in turnaround stages, provides human resources consulting services including customized training programs and provides executive/professional searches. She is also a board member and the current President of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) Pittsburgh chapter. She is an active member of the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association, YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Northern Allegheny Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Roberts Wesleyan College of Rochester, New York and an Associate’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. The Pennsylvania Best 50 Women in Business celebrates its ninth year of promoting women leaders in the Commonwealth. This program was created by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development in association with the business journals of Pennsylvania.

Pittsburgh - May 3, 2007 - Lois Bradley, President & CEO of The Bradley Partnerships, Inc. (TBP) was awarded Arcadia Businesswoman of the Year by the Northern Allegheny County Chamber of Commerce at Treesdale Country Club. Mr. Ed Vargo of NexTier Bank presented the award. The Arcadia award recognizes a business person who exemplifies community service, professionalism and leadership in Northern Allegheny county.
PITTSBURGH - May 24, 2004 - The Bradley Partnerships today announced that President and CEO Lois A. Bradley was awarded the prestigious 2004 Pennsylvania Best 50 Women in Business Award by Lieutenant Governor Catherine Baker Knoll at the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts in Harrisburg. An independent panel of judges selected winners based on dedication to business growth, professional and personal accomplishments, community involvement and advocacy for women in business.
