The ever-changing workplace provides opportunities for employees to grow.  Often, those promotions or increased responsibilities create challenges that new or even tenured managers are not sure how to handle.  Moving from traditional hierarchical structures to team or matrix-based models can present landmines for some.

We believe that executive coaching is designed to help managers define a new vision, change behaviors that produce enhanced professional skills such as management style, communications, delegation, interpersonal skills and presentation skills (to name a few)  and to stimulate and address performance specifics to embrace new challenges.

Our Coaching Process

Our basic coaching program takes from four to nine months.  The process we follow is as follows:

Step 1 – Identify Stakeholders

Step 2 – Introductory Meeting/Buy-In

Step 3 – Conduct Assessment

Step 4 – Review Assessment and Develop Change Plan

Step 5 – Collect Feedback from Stakeholders

Step 6 – Develop and Implement Action Plan – Conduct coaching sessions

Step 7 – On-going Stakeholder Feedback

Step 8 – Evaluation

The Bradley Partnerships’ team of professional coaches are skilled in providing individual and team coaching.  Each professional has over 15 years of experience in a variety of disciplines including organizational development, human resource management, sales and marketing disciplines and career development.  We will recommend the coach that best meets the coaching objectives and needs of the client.
