Established Company Seeks Customer Service Representative

Ideal candidate must be able to quickly apply learned knowledge while servicing business-to-business accounts by phone. Ability to nurture personable, one-to-one conversations with industry representatives is critical.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and effectively problem solve is important. Must possess the ability and initiative to work independently.
Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel and Access preferred.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; 2 yr degree from an accredited college/university is preferred.

Minimum of 1 yr of high level B2B telephone-based customer service.
