Her accomplishments range from establishing the executive teams for high profile start-ups, to managing and integrating HR for 22,000+ employees of a heath care system. Ms. Bradley holds a B.S. in the Management of Human Resources from Roberts Wesleyan College, and has attended the MBA Executive Development Program at the University of Rochester, William E. Simon School. She is the author of Great Leaders Are Remembered: 52 Weeks of Leadership Lessons.
Lindsay Pfister, EdD, PC, SHRM-SCP, Senior Human Resources Consultant , has over 20 years of education, leadership, and human resources experience helping public and private organizations to become more effective through the establishment of positive relationships, structure, and processes. Dr. Pfister holds degrees in elementary education, school administration, instructional technology, and school leadership with additional certification in professional coaching and SHRM-SCP.
Lynda Wilkes, Sr. Human Resources Consultant, has over 35 years of experience leading HR functions for organizations from a variety of industries including broadcasting, healthcare, manufacturing, higher-education, advertising, banking and more. Ms. Wilkes broad HR experience includes specializations in M&A including HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration, HR infrastructure design and development, HR automation, total rewards/benefit design, leadership development and people analytics. Lynda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Services from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Relations from St. Francis College.
Kelly Irvine, Human Resource Consultant/Recruiter, brings 15 years of human resource experience. She has recruited a variety of administrative, software/robotic engineering, engineering, manufacturing and healthcare positions. She partners with senior executives to align strategic business goals with organizational and talent management. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Westminster College and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from St. Francis University.
