Job Title: Housing Coordinator
Location: Mt. Oliver, PA
Sisters Place, Inc., located in Mt. Oliver, PA, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the full-time role of Housing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for coordinating the intake and onboarding of new housing program clients and participating in the administration of the housing services provided by Sisters Place. Reporting to the Director of Engagement and Programming, this role will involve assessing basic needs, offering resource navigation, providing supportive counseling and case management, completing service plans and maintaining data and documentation required by HUD.
Bachelor’s degree in social services related major required. 1-3 years non-profit experience highly preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational and work ethic skills are essential. The ideal candidate must be engaging, detail and service-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and collaborative. Must be able to pass ACT33/34 (child abuse/criminal) clearances, background check and drug screening. Reliable, own transportation is required.
Annualized salary range is $34,000 to $36,000.
