Social Services Manager
Sisters Place, Inc., located in Mt. Oliver, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the full-time role of Social Services Manager. This position will support Housing First and Harm Reduction Strategies and be responsible for managing intensive service plans and the intake/onboarding of new clients, coordinating resource navigation, providing supportive counseling, and managing systems and staff to ensure accurate records and the maintenance of safe, clean homes for clients.
Bachelor’s degree in social services related major and three or more years of experience working for a non-profit are required. Prior supervisory experience needed. Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and the ability to relate well to a diverse population are essential. Must be able to pass ACT33/34 (child abuse/criminal) clearances, background check and drug screening. Reliable, own transportation is required.

Annual salary range is $42,000 to $44,000.
