Tina Lynch is a Human Resources Consultant with 25+ years of experience. She has built and directed HR departments in all aspects of HR for organizations both large and small. Tina has partnered with non-profits and for profit organizations in delivering the best HR practices specific to the organization’s needs. Tina brings expertise in HR administration, records and HRIS Management; Employee Relations; Unemployment & Workers Compensation Management; Talent Management and Staffing; Benefits Negotiations and Management; Strategic Planning; Policy Development and Implementation; and Leadership Development. She holds SHRM-SCP with a Master’s Degree in Continuing in Higher Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science; both from The University of Tennessee. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
