Testimonials

"As a federal government supplier, I know what it takes to meet the needs of federal government agencies. Lois and her team have provided leadership coaching to myself on a variety of topics including performance management, conducting presentations and organizational changes for my firm.

In addition, they have developed and customized training programs for my leadership team on the subject of "Performance Management: Providing Employees Feedback, Managing Documentation and HR Processes". They have worked alongside of our senior management team providing leadership coaching on a variety of topics."

"Our association with the Bradley Partnerships, Inc. and its wonderful staff has been a truly outstanding experience. Their commitment to helping our residents’ education and training has provided a learning lifeline that otherwise may not have been available to the Allegheny County Housing Authority. With the help of Lois’ dedicated team, 87% of the participants who went through job training/job search program obtained new employment opportunities that further enhanced their self-sufficiency status. Their tireless efforts in 2008 was the first time that any external provider achieved the highest results. We are grateful to have worked with the Bradley team and look forward to additional projects with them.”

"As a small but rapidly growing company, we recognized the value that the Bradley Partnerships’ gave us immediately. They spent the time upfront understanding our business and culture. They have helped us in all areas of human resource management. Because of their vested interest in our success, they assisted us in finding and hiring the right people, evaluating and modifying our compensation program, and resolving employee relations issues. Our overall competitiveness in the marketplace was enhanced. Lois and her team bring a level of experience and competence to our company that ordinarily is available only in large corporations. We loved working with them!”

"The Bradley Partnerships, Inc. (TBP) collaborated with The Children’s Institute (CI) to customize and deliver two management education programs in 2017. The programs were on “Managers as Leaders” and “Creating and Maintaining Teams in an Ever-Changing Environment.” TBP staff worked with some of our managers to design the customized role plays and scenarios prior to the training sessions. TBP’s expert trainer used these scenarios to encourage and facilitate discussion and learning among the leadership team participants.

These trainings support the ongoing professional development of the CI leadership team. I would highly recommend TBP to other organizations as they offer a variety of leadership programs. We selected TBP to present the programs based on their approach to training and the ability to customize the sessions to meet our needs."

"Lois Bradley did an outstanding job in facilitating our Grants Management Retreat. She provided a very informative and interesting course which facilitated a lot of really good interaction with staff. She provided fun and different exercises that were helpful for self-reflection in learning individual communication styles, as well as showing the details needed when providing clear instructions to one another in the second exercise. She was able to elicit real examples from staff of ways in which communication could be improved including various uses such as email, phone, telework situations and when it's important to have face-to-face conversations. She also coordinated the discussion of past Branch goals, as well as developing new goals for the coming year. She was very effective in providing details from staff’s suggestions. She used the previous survey responses to help guide what goals should be pursued. Overall, she worked very well with leadership and the Branch to provide an extremely productive an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. There were many positive comments from all staff as well as our invited guests who are within leadership of the Institute. I did not hear one negative comment. I would recommend Lois to any of our other Institutes/Centers at NIH that may be planning a retreat."

Former Chief Grants Management Officer

"My executive coaching experience with Lois Bradley was one of enlightenment for my career.  In just a few short months, Lois revealed several positive and negative behaviors I was not aware of, which held me back in taking the necessary actions to improve my department. Lois provided a road map that guided me through targeted professional growth exercises with sensitivity, encouragement, and affirmation.  She taught me how to implement adjustments that were both simple and enormously effective. As a result, I learned specific actions to take—or to avoid—to improve my professional communications and delivery. Lois' efforts resulted in a dramatic improvement in my overall effectiveness and relationships with my team, colleagues, and superiors. I credit Lois for her coaching insight that helped me enhance skills that have made me a more valuable asset to my organization.”
