Lois Bradley is Founder and President of The Bradley Partnerships, Inc. (TBP), an outsourced human resource (HR) and management consulting firm that enhances organizational performance through its people. Since its founding in 2002, TBP has grown to become a leading HR consultancy whose clients span the world. In addition to overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations, Lois spearheads TBP’s organizational effectiveness and development initiatives focused on its core leadership growth efforts.
As a serial entrepreneur she understands the challenges of small businesses and has supported their growth. In addition, she has worked with Fortune 100 companies on organizational and strategic initiatives. With more than 35 years of executive leadership, Lois’ former corporate experience range from managing the HR functions of a 30,000 employee health system to starting a PNC and Perot joint venture named Billing Zone. Lois is a trainer, speaker, leadership and executive coach. Lois is the author of Great Leaders Are Remembered: 52 Weeks of Leadership Lessons.
Lois’ interest in organizational development and executive coaching began early in her career when she created the first decentralized HR function for the University of Rochester and Frontier Corporation. She has dedicated the past 35 years to research and development of 50+ training programs that are customized for our government and non-government clients
Lois holds a Bachelor’s degree in the Management of Human Resources from Roberts Wesleyan College, and an Associate’s degree in management from Rochester Institute of Technology. She attended the MBA Executive Development Program at the Simon Business School of the University of Rochester. She is a certified professional leadership coach from the ICF certified Duquesne University Professional Coach Certification Program. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the Pittsburgh Business Times' Human Resources Leader of the Year and Women in Business Awards. She was also recognized as one of Pennsylvania’s “Best 50 Women in Business.”
