The Bradley Partnerships, Inc. (TBP) has been providing management consulting services focused on human resource solutions for the past 17 years. TBP is known for its highly customized, personalized, and targeted service packages.

Since 2002, TBP has been working with organizations in multiple industry segments such as government,healthcare, manufacturing, energy, education and non-profits to help them accomplish their organizational strategic objectives. Services include organizational assessments, outsourced human resource solutions, staffing and recruitment, employee training, corporate outplacement, executive coaching, and customized workforce development programs. Organizational consulting efforts assist clients in making the right choices to capitalize on their strengths and address their business challenges in the areas of bench-marking surveys and analysis, focus groups, leadership assessments, and talent management.

The Bradley Partnerships’ team of professional human resource and training consultants are skilled in providing a variety of outsourced HR deliverables including recruiting, compensation and benefits analyses, compliance and sensitivity consultation, and training and coaching solutions.

 

Each of our senior consultants has over 30 years of experience in a variety of disciplines including organizational development, human resource management, sales and marketing disciplines and professional and executive coaching.

Our Founder

 

Lois A. Bradley

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
THE BRADLEY PARTNERSHIPS, INC.

Lois Bradley is a human resource consultant, speaker, and executive recruiter and coach with more than thirty years of leadership experience. Her corporate roles have included a wide range of environments, both union and non-union, from leading start up companies to overseeing the HR functions of a 30,000 employee health system. She is the author of Great Leaders Are Remembered: 52 Weeks of Leadership Lessons.

Ms. Bradley's specialty in organizational development and executive coaching began early in her career when she created the first decentralized human resource function for the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital and River Campus, which led to a similar role for a major utility company in the region. Lois returned to her native Pittsburgh where she directed Human Resources for UPMC's flagship enterprise and started a Ross Perot/PNC joint venture named Billing Zone.

 

Since founding The Bradley Partnerships in 2002, Lois Bradley has served on numerous boards, including the Association for Talent Development (formerly the American Society for Training and Development) (President, Pittsburgh chapter), the Pittsburgh Technology Council, Heritage Community Initiatives, and the Rochester Institute of Technology Alumni Association (President). Lois has served as Adjunct Faculty at Chatham College and has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Pittsburgh Business Times' 2012 Human Resources Leader of the Year and 2010's Women in Business Awards. Ms. Bradley was also recognized by former Governor Edward G. Rendell as one of Pennsylvania’s “Best 50 Women in Business.” 

 

Ms. Bradley holds a B.S. in the Management of Human Resources from Roberts Wesleyan College, an AAS in Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, and has attended the MBA Executive Development Program at the University of Rochester, William E. Simon School.
