Judy Mattarochia is a Human Resources Consultant with 25 years of experience. She has supported businesses with HR audits/compliance, HRIS systems, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, M&A due diligence and implementation, compensation along with training and development.  Her expertise in M&A includes over 20 acquisitions and developing an Acquisition Playbook. She is also highly proficient in performance management coaching and training.  She previously worked as an HR Business Partner at WESCO Distribution and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.  Judy has partnered with Corporate functions such as Supply Chain, IT, Financial Services, Accounting, Tax and Marketing, as well as regional business sectors throughout the United States. Judy holds SHRM-CP, SHRM HR Generalist and Lean White Belt certifications. Judy has a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
