Discover the Power of Our Coaching Services

Our executive coaching is a tailored, confidential, one-on-one partnership between a certified coach and an emerging leader, first-time manager, or seasoned leader (i.e., C-suite, VPs, Directors) designed to enhance leadership capabilities, enhance decision making, and drive organizational results. Our coaching focuses on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and behavioral change through feedback and goal setting to overcome professional challenges. We support leaders in unlocking their potential and long-term effectiveness.

The Bradley Partnerships’ (TBP) coaching philosophy is grounded in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies that include:

  • Setting the foundation of the coaching with meeting ethical standards and establishing a coaching agreement.

  • Co-creating the relationship with establishing trust and ensuring a coaching presence.

  • Communicating effectively by asking powerful questions, active listening, and direct communication.

  • Facilitating learning and results that include designing actions, planning, goal setting while managing progress and accountability.

We’ve coached seasoned executives, new leaders, high potentials, and teams from small to mid-sized businesses.
Each of our ICF Coaches have a minimum of 20 years real-world coaching experience in every industry segment.

Our executive coaching services may include the following:

  • Meeting with the organization’s sponsor to understand the leader’s needs.

  • Conducting a chemistry meeting with the leader to determine the TBP coach best suited for them.

  • Establishing a coaching agreement that identifies areas of focus, coaching timeframe, and supporting the client’s growth throughout the process.

  • Conducting a leadership assessment or 360 feedback to understand the leader’s strengths and opportunities for growth.

  • Identifying skill gaps and blind spots.

  • Developing our client’s executive presence.

  • Boosting a leader’s credibility with other managers, peers, and staff.

  • Transforming leadership perspectives, performance, and results.

  • Guiding and supporting a transition to a new role.

  • Developing strategies for career growth and advancement.
