Bill has over 35 years of human resource experience in organizational design and effectiveness, leadership training and strategic change with extensive experience in healthcare. His concentration in working with hospital executive teams has focused on evaluating and transforming cultures and overall patient satisfaction with 5,000 to 22,000+ employee populations. Bill's 25 years of workforce diversity has included spearheading a successful diversity initiative that included leadership development training for top executives in the areas of employee relations, change management, respect and inclusion for a major southern health system. Within 3 years of the initiative start-up, this health system was identified as a “Top 10 Organization for Women to Work” for by Diversity Inc., the country’s leading source for advancing and recognizing excellence in diversity management. Bill is a pioneer in developing one of the first “Valuing Diversity” programs for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). Bill holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology and History from the University of Pittsburgh. He has taken graduate courses in Human Resource Management at LaRoche College and has studied law at Duquesne University.
