Kelly has been an employee with TBP for six years. Kelly bring 15 years of human resource experience including recruiting professionals (i.e. software engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, architects, controllers, accountants and other positions) and technical personnel. As a human resource business partner she supports our clients in providing general HR solutions consulting. Prior to joining TBP Kelly worked for a subsidiary of Highmark Health as a human resource generalist. Additionally, she worked for Mellon Financial Corporation as a human resource client service representative answering questions regarding benefits and processing new hire information.

 

Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from St. Francis University. Her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration if from Westminster College. Kelly is a Girl Scout Leader and enjoys spending her free time with her two daughters and husband.
