Executive & Career Coach

Jane Rahenkamp is a certified leadership coach and consultant. She coaches employees at all levels from Vice-President through individual contributor to become better leaders who thrive in their personal and professional lives. She began her coaching journey at the Professional Coaching Certification Program at Duquesne University in 2015. As an executive and career coach with The Bradley Partnerships, Inc. she coaches within various sectors including government, healthcare, banking, nonprofits, and higher education. She was formerly a member of the coaching team with the University of Pittsburgh Biomedical Master’s Program (BMP).

Jane has more than 35 years’ experience with the United States Postal Service (USPS) where she worked her way up to a Senior Manager position.  This experience along with her educational background provides her with a unique skill set that allows her to relate to what individuals are encountering in their work life and assisting them to explore new ways to improve in all aspects of their lives. In her position with the USPS, Jane facilitated leadership training from first-line managers to executives. Jane has a proven track record of developing others and improving their performance to successfully exceed their goals.  She has served as a source of counsel and sound advice to leaders in every functional department of the USPS.  

Jane holds the designation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a graduate of the Duquesne University Professional Coach Certification Program. She has completed the Positive Intelligence Program with Shirzad Chamine, Coaching with Strengths Program from Equip to Equip.  She also completed the Team Coaching, Executive Coaching and ADAPT Career coaching programs offered as part of the Duquesne’s Coaching Program.

She also holds a MS in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University, where she currently teaches as an Adjunct Professor.  Jane also teaches in 2 ICF Accredited Coaching programs, sharing her knowledge of coaching through instruction and mentoring.  Jane is currently a Distinguished Fellow Coach for Better Up where she coaches employees from numerous organizations including NASA, the Air Force, Google, Pfizer, American Express, Chevron, BP and Warner Brothers.
